Responsibilities
Be passionate about giving an engaging, enthusiastic and memorable experience for everyone who walks through the door from start to finish
Make customers feel as guests into our home
Be great at selling optical products and knowledgeable about frames, lenses, and coatings.
Ensure flawless accuracy in taking and recording measurements, adjusting and fitting eyewear, and answering optical questions with ease.
Work with various labs/vendors to accurately order the patients eyewear
Verify that finished eyewear meets optical standards and patient’s requirements/requests
Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
Verify insurance coverage and eligibility, and inform patients of any co-payments or uninsured services
Bill patients out for exam services, collected co-pays and deductibles
Skills & Qualifications
Able to project a professional image
Great at communicating clearly and effectively
Dedicated to making people happy
Optical experience of 2 to 5 years .
Familiarity with managed vision care contracting.
Demonstrates high level of team player attitude and enthusiasm.
Has a warm and friendly personality
Works accurately and efficiently in Word and Excel.
