Responsibilities

Patient Coordinator  job responsibilities include:

  • Answer incoming phone calls 
  • Manage and schedule patients effectively 
  • Calling patients to confirm appointments 
  • Calling insurance companies to obtain benefits if necessary
  • Creating patient chart for their upcoming appointment
  • Communicating with our virtual assistant to make sure vision and medical benefits are pulled for upcoming appointment

Skills & Qualifications

Patient Coordinator required skills & qualifications include:
