  • Submitting glasses orders in a timely manner and following up with orders
  • Excellent customer service skills to include the handling of unsatisfied or disgruntled patients
  • Scheduling appointments

  • Work with patients to customize their eyewear

  • Split between Nampa and Kuna location

Skills & Qualifications

Optician required skills & qualifications include:

  • Prior customer service or sales experience
  • Fashion savvy and enjoy helping people in a customer setting
  • Comfortable with sales and making transactions
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Comfortable with computer software
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience in the Optical field a plus
