Responsibilities

As a part of the Patient Care Coordinator team, you will work with our patients in-person, over the phone, and via email/text to assist with their administrative needs.

Key responsibilities include:  

  • Greet patients, check patients in and out
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments; ensure smooth flow
  • Verify insurance information for each patient
  • Answer and forward all calls; oversee voicemail and messages
  • Scan and email important documents out of the office in a timely manner
  • Collect and process payments
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications

No prior experience is necessary. On-the-job training and continuing education will be provided.
