Responsibilities

Job Duties May Include (not all inclusive):
● Lead daily operations of the Nob Hill location, ensuring efficient clinic flow and a high-quality patient experience.
● Coach, develop, and hold team members accountable to performance expectations and service standards, including yourself
● Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training of staff in collaboration with leadership
● Monitor key performance metrics (schedule utilization, patient experience, optical performance, etc.) and drive improvements
● Maintain a positive, professional, and solutions-focused culture within the team
● Address patient concerns and resolve issues with professionalism and care
● Ensure compliance with clinic policies, procedures, and HIPAA standards
● Oversee scheduling, staffing levels, and workflow optimization
● Collaborate with doctors and leadership on strategic initiatives and growth opportunities
● Identify opportunities to improve systems, efficiency, and overall office performance
