Responsibilities

- Help patients choose eyewear that fits their lifestyle, personality, and vision needs — combining style, function, and confidence
- Confidently recommend premium products and solutions that improve patient outcomes
- Ensure eyewear orders are processed accurately and completed in a timely manner
- Perform adjustments, repairs, and dispensing of completed glasses
- Drive optical sales by confidently recommending premium products that improve patient outcomes
- Follow up on eyewear orders and communicate proactively with patients
- Keep frame boards stocked, organized, and visually appealing
- Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless and positive patient experience
Skills & Qualifications
Skills/ Requirements:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable making recommendations and guiding purchase decisions
- Positive, energetic personality with a goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to stay organized and productive in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer comfort and willingness to learn new systems
Experience in optical, retail sales, hospitality, fine dining service, or other customer-facing roles is strongly preferred.
Spanish language skills are a plus.
