Responsibilities
Assist patients with selecting frames and lenses that fit their needs and style
Take accurate measurements and adjust eyewear for proper fit and comfort
Educate patients on lens options, features, and care
Process eyewear orders and complete sales transactions
Provide excellent customer service from start to finish
Skills & Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
1-3 years previous Optician experience preferred
Fashion savvy and enjoy helping people in a customer setting.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written), including strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills
Comfortable with sales and making transactions.
Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.
