Salary Range: $22-$26 an hour

Responsibilities
- Primary point of contact for the optical team throughout the day.
- Mentor and train the optical team members.
- Conduct daily briefings with the optical team.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and patient care.
- Drive sales performance and meet revenue targets.
- Monitor and maintain operational procedures for efficiency.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Coordinate with lab technicians to ensure timely order processing.
- Provide the fitting and adjusting of glasses.
- Have fun selecting the perfect eyewear for our patients!
Skills & Qualifications
- Retail and customer service experience.
- Strong knowledge of eye care products and services.
- Minimum of 1 year of optician experience.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development in the optical field.
