Responsibilities

  • Foster collaboration and cultivate a conducive work environment for enhanced teamwork 
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and maintain compliance 
  • Execute payroll processing accurately and efficiently 
  • Effectively manage staff schedules to optimize resource allocation 
  • Plan and facilitate productive staff meetings 
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive budget analysis reports 
  • Regularly review inventory turnover rates to optimize efficiency 
  • Conduct annual assessment of optical pricing structure 
  • Address technology-related concerns and provide necessary tools and resources for employee success 
  • Establish clear goals and effectively monitor progress towards their completion
