Responsibilities
What you’ll do
Submit and manage medical claims
Coordinate with our insurance billing service to verify eligibility and communicate benefits to front desk staff
Review and resolve claim denials
Support front desk operations, assist with scheduling, and manage patient flow, as needed
Track business performance and assist with basic reporting
Skills & Qualifications
What we’re looking for
Must-have skills:
Experience in medical coding, billing, and collections
Experience with electronic medical record systems
Experience in a medical office (eye care preferred)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
