Responsibilities

What you’ll do

  • Submit and manage medical claims
  • Coordinate with our insurance billing service to verify eligibility and communicate benefits to front desk staff
  • Review and resolve claim denials
  • Support front desk operations, assist with scheduling, and manage patient flow, as needed
  • Track business performance and assist with basic reporting

Skills & Qualifications

Must-have skills:

  • Experience in medical coding, billing, and collections
  • Experience with electronic medical record systems
  • Experience in a medical office (eye care preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Skills & Qualifications
