Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with contact lens fittings and provide ongoing support.
  • Train patients on best practices for contact lens wear and care.
  • Order and manage office and patient contact lens inventory.
  • Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient workflow, ensuring smooth operations within the clinical department.

Skills & Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with contact lens fitting and training is required.
  • Sales experience and an ability to communicate effectively with patients.
  • Strong organizational and computer skills.
  • A positive, friendly attitude and a passion for patient care.
