Responsibilities
- Assist patients with contact lens fittings and provide ongoing support.
- Train patients on best practices for contact lens wear and care.
- Order and manage office and patient contact lens inventory.
- Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
- Maintain an organized and efficient workflow, ensuring smooth operations within the clinical department.
Skills & Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with contact lens fitting and training is required.
- Sales experience and an ability to communicate effectively with patients.
- Strong organizational and computer skills.
- A positive, friendly attitude and a passion for patient care.
