Why You’ll Love This Job
Step into a leadership role at Sandia Vision Clinic as a Satellite Office Manager for our Nob Hill location.
We are seeking a confident, service-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and takes pride in building strong teams, delivering exceptional patient experiences, and driving operational excellence. This role is ideal for someone with proven management experience who enjoys coaching others, improving systems, and creating a positive, accountable culture.
We are especially looking for someone who is growth-minded — someone who is always looking for ways to improve, develop their team, grow the business, and continue growing themselves as a leader. Also someone that understands the dynamic between leadership and management of the team and office.
Enjoy the balance of a 4-day workweek with no weekends, along with competitive pay, strong benefits, and the opportunity to grow within a modern, patient-focused practice. Candidates with experience in healthcare or optometric management are highly preferred, but strong leaders from other service-based industries will also be considered.
If you are motivated by leadership, team development, and making a meaningful impact on both patients and staff, this is an opportunity to build a long-term career in a stable and growing organization.
