Salary Range: $24-$29 an hour

Responsibilities
- Manage, train, and mentor the optical team members.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and patient care.
- Oversee inventory management and product selection.
- Drive sales performance and meet revenue targets.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Coordinate with lab technicians to ensure timely order processing.
- Implement and maintain operational procedures for efficiency.
- Conduct regular meetings and performance evaluations for the optical team.
- Manage scheduling and payroll hours for the optical team.
Skills & Qualifications
- Retail and customer service experience.
- Team leader or management experience.
- Strong knowledge of eye care products and services helpful (or be willing to learn).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting (or be willing to learn).
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development in the optical field.
