Responsibilities
Job Duties May Include:
- Edge, polish, and tint lenses according to prescription specifications
- Inspect completed eyewear for accuracy and quality standards
- Check in and verify lenses using a lensometer
- Utilize EHR and internal systems to track orders and patient information
- Maintain an organized and efficient lab workspace
- Communicate with team members regarding job status and timelines
- Support overall clinic flow by completing lab work accurately and on schedule
Skills & Qualifications
Skills/ Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Ability to stay focused and organized while completing repetitive tasks
- Willingness to learn technical skills and follow established processes
- Basic computer comfort and ability to learn new systems
- Positive team attitude and reliability
Optical lab experience or ABO certification is preferred but not required.
Spanish language skills are a plus.
