Responsibilities

Job Duties May Include:

  • Welcome and assist patients in person and over the phone with professionalism and warmth
  • Manage appointment scheduling and support efficient clinic flow
  • Enter and update patient information accurately within the EHR system
  • Handle payments, check-out processes, and insurance-related documentation
  • Communicate with patients through phone, text, and in-office interactions
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and attention to detail in all tasks
  • Collaborate with doctors and team members to deliver an outstanding patient experience

Skills & Qualifications

  • Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable using computers, scheduling systems, and multitasking
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to stay calm and focused in a busy environment
  • Team-oriented with willingness to learn and grow

Customer service, medical office, or front desk experience is helpful but not required.
Spanish language skills are a strong plus.
