Responsibilities
Job Duties May Include:
- Welcome and assist patients in person and over the phone with professionalism and warmth
- Manage appointment scheduling and support efficient clinic flow
- Enter and update patient information accurately within the EHR system
- Handle payments, check-out processes, and insurance-related documentation
- Communicate with patients through phone, text, and in-office interactions
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and attention to detail in all tasks
- Collaborate with doctors and team members to deliver an outstanding patient experience
Skills & Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable using computers, scheduling systems, and multitasking
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to stay calm and focused in a busy environment
- Team-oriented with willingness to learn and grow
Customer service, medical office, or front desk experience is helpful but not required.
Spanish language skills are a strong plus.
