Responsibilities
- Assist patients in selecting stylish frames that complement their face shape, style, and lifestyle.
- Offer personalized eyewear recommendations based on patient preferences and prescription needs.
- Provide outstanding customer service by ensuring patients have an enjoyable and satisfying experience.
- Help patients understand lens options and guide them through the selection process.
- Maintain a well-organized, visually appealing display of eyewear and manage inventory.
- Keep up with the latest eyewear trends and styles to offer fresh, fashionable options to patients.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a smooth patient experience from start to finish.
Skills & Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Experience in fashion, eyewear styling, or sales is a plus, but not required.
- A background in customer service or high-touch sales is highly valued.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for working with people.
- Ability to provide personalized, fashion-forward eyewear recommendations.
- Positive, energetic attitude and a strong desire to help others.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Computer or technical experience is a plus for managing inventory systems and patient data.
