Medical Assistant/Technician JobKirkland, WA

We are a family owned specialty optometry clinic focused on myopia management, binocular vision, dry eye and custom contact lenses. Many of our patients come to us with complex conditions and high expectations because they’ve struggled to find solutions elsewhere. As an optometric technician, you play a central role in their care. You prepare patients for their exam, gather the clinical data the doctor needs and help patients feel informed and supported throughout their visit.

This is a hands on clinical position where your curiosity and attention to detail truly matter. You’ll learn specialty tests, advanced imaging, myopia management protocols, dry eye diagnostics and how to assist in fitting medical and specialty contact lenses. If you enjoy working directly with patients and want to be part of a team that provides care beyond what’s typically offered in a standard eyecare clinic, this role is a great fit.

We believe in meaningful work and a balanced life. Our clinic operates Monday through Friday only because we protect weekends for family time and personal time. Our typical schedule is 8:40 to 5:15. We offer paid time off that accrues at .05 hours for every hour worked, which comes out to two hours of PTO for every 40 hours. After the probationary period, you also receive paid holidays. Team members receive generous in-house perks on services and products that make it even more rewarding to work in a specialty setting.

At our core, we exist to enrich people’s lives so they can reach their full potential. As a technician, you help make that mission real every time you guide a patient through their visit.
