Responsibilities
As the Front Desk Receptionist, you’ll be the multitasking powerhouse that keeps our vision practice running smoothly.
Your role includes:
- Warm Patient Greetings: Create a welcoming first impression every time.
- Smooth Front Desk Flow: Manage check‑ins, scheduling, and inquiries with ease.
- Cross‑Trained Optical Support: Assist with frame selections and basic eyewear guidance.
- Administrative Efficiency: Handle calls, emails, payments, and paperwork with accuracy.
- Teamwide Collaboration: Support technicians, opticians, and providers to keep the day moving seamlessly.
- Compassionate Care: Make every patient feel valued and supported throughout their visit.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bilingual- Spanish and English.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an eye clinic or medical clinic setting
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- Energetic with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with cash handling and electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Ability to commute to work within 20-30 minutes
