We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and detail-oriented Bilingual (English/Spanish) Clinical Technician to join our private practice eyecare team at Eyecare Associates of Nampa. This is a full time, float position between our main clinic and our Community Eye Clinic – adjacent locations. This role is essential in providing an excellent patient experience by supporting the doctor through accurate pre-testing, patient history, and clinical workflow. No experience? No problem — we will train the right person.
Required Hours: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 8:30am-11:30am (Nampa Clinic) 12:30pm-5:30pm (Community Eye Clinic), Tuesday 8:30am-5:30pm (Nampa Clinic) and Friday 8am-3:30pm (Community Eye Clinic)

Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll be a key part of the patient experience—working alongside our doctors and team to keep the clinic running smoothly.
- Welcome patients and help them feel comfortable
- Assist with pre-testing and gather important health information
- Support the doctor during exams
- Help keep clinic flow on time and organized
- Schedule follow up appointments
- Explain fees and insurance benefits
- Assist with contact lens trainings and education
- Prepare exam rooms, sanitize equipment, and maintain clinical cleanliness standards
- Educate patients on basic eye health topics, procedures, and follow-up instructions
- Accurately enter clinical information into the EHR system
Skills & Qualifications
Required skills & qualifications include:
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation to travel between clinic locations
- Dependable attendance and punctuality are a must
