Responsibilities
What You’ll Do (and we’ll train you on all of it):
- Become a Brain-Training Guru: Help patients of all ages improve their visual skills through fun and engaging exercises. It’s like a gym for your eyes, and you’re the personal trainer!
- Problem-Solving Detective: Every patient is a unique puzzle, and you’ll get to figure out how to put the pieces together.
- Motivational Speaker: Inspire and encourage your patients as they work through their vision therapy program.
- Tech Wizard: Use state-of-the-art equipment to guide your patients through their exercises.
- Creative Collaborator: Work alongside a team of passionate professionals to develop personalized treatment plans. Teamwork makes the dream work!
- Visionary Leader: Educate patients and their families about the wonders of vision therapy. You’ll be their guide on the journey to better vision.
Skills & Qualifications
What You Bring:
- A passion for helping others and a love of working with people of all ages.
- Exceptional communication skills (you’re basically a translator between eyes and brain).
- Patience that could rival a Zen master’s.

- An affinity for technology and a willingness to learn new tools.
