Colleyville Vision Associates is looking for a Patient Experience Ambassador to be the friendly, organized, and positive presence that sets the tone for an outstanding visit. As our Patient Experience Ambassador, you will be instrumental in ensuring that every patient feels welcomed, valued, and cared for in our state-of-the-art practice.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly, offering a friendly and welcoming environment from the moment they arrive.
- Schedule patient appointments with accuracy, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Handle phone calls, answer inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist patients with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth transition throughout their visit.
- Accurately enter and manage patient information in the system.
- Help patients obtain benefits such as insurance verification, understanding coverage, and completing necessary paperwork.
- Assist with patient reminders and follow-ups as needed.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure patients are seen in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized front desk area.
Skills & Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service, front desk coordination, or administrative roles preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- High-level computer skills and comfort with scheduling software, patient management systems, and other office technology.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Positive, customer-centric attitude and a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Previous experience in an optical or medical setting is a plus, but not required.
