As our Patient Experience Ambassador, you will be instrumental in ensuring that every patient feels welcomed, valued, and cared for in our state-of-the-art practice.

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients warmly, offering a friendly and welcoming environment from the moment they arrive.
  • Schedule patient appointments with accuracy, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Handle phone calls, answer inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assist patients with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth transition throughout their visit.
  • Accurately enter and manage patient information in the system.
  • Help patients obtain benefits such as insurance verification, understanding coverage, and completing necessary paperwork.
  • Assist with patient reminders and follow-ups as needed.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure patients are seen in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized front desk area.

Skills & Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service, front desk coordination, or administrative roles preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • High-level computer skills and comfort with scheduling software, patient management systems, and other office technology.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy, fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Positive, customer-centric attitude and a passion for delivering excellent service.
  • Previous experience in an optical or medical setting is a plus, but not required.
