Patient Coordinator  job responsibilities include:

  • Answer incoming phone calls 
  • Manage and schedule patients effectively 
  • Calling patients to confirm appointments 
  • Calling insurance companies to obtain benefits if necessary
  • Creating patient chart for their upcoming appointment
