Schedule:
Monday- 8:30am-5:30pm
Tuesday- rotates every other week; 8:30am-5:30pm or 9:30am-7pm
Wednesday- 8:30am-5:30pm
Thursday- 8:30am-5:30pm
Friday- 8am-3:30pm

Responsibilities

Job responsibilities include:

  • Monitor patient flow and doctors schedule 
  • Clinical work ups: Gather medical history and reason for the visit, complete diagnostic testing and necessary documentation
  • Explaining insurance benefits to patients 
  • Oversee contact lens ordering
  • Oversee day to day operations
  • Solving problems and resolving conflict 
  • Providing direction and guidance to the team
  • Delegating tasks
  • Monitor team performance 
  • Communicate with your manager and managing doctors 

Skills & Qualifications

Lead Clinical Technician required skills & qualifications include:

  • Must be able to maintain a professional attitude

  • Optometry experience preferred
  • Leadership or management experience REQUIRED
  • High school diploma or GED- REQUIRED
